What is Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the terms below : 

All items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags attached. Please place back in original packaging to return. Ensure garments are folded and bags are packed flat or in original form. Returns must be sent back to LAC within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.

Returns which conform to our policies will be eligible for a refund to the original method of payment, a store credit, or an exchange.

Our apologies, there are no refunds on gift cards.

Clearance, Final Sale items and Personalized letters are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

I wish to return or exchange an item.

To start a return or exchange, please email support@luxeandcharme.com with the following information:

  1. Order ID
  2. Email ID used during order placement
  3. Product name(s) you wish to return or exchange

Our customer care team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

I ordered the wrong product.

For assistance, kindly email support@luxeandcharme.com with your order number and full details of the product.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your return, we process it within 5-7 business days. Keep in mind that some carriers may take longer to deliver returns. As soon as your return is processed, we issue the refund. However, please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit.
